SOMERSET marked the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a series of events and activities which started on Thursday, June 2.
Celebrations ended yesterday, Sunday, June 5, and included street parties, fetes, beacon lighting, picnics, and concerts.
Here is a selection of photos from those days showing celebrations across Somerset.
We start with photos from street parties organised by residents across the county.
These were taken in Bridgwater, by Heather Barlow, on Buckingham Close.
Other street parties were held in the area and the photos below were taken in Malvern Terrace, Taunton.
People in Taunton also celebrated at Vivary Park, where the Grande Finale also took place, and here are some photos from the Picnic in the Park event held on Sunday, June 5.
