BRIDGWATER & Albion was presented with a cheque from the Somerset County Council Health and Well-being fund.
Youth rugby chairman, David Pomeroy said: “Very pleased to receive the donation from Cllr Loveridge's Health & Wellbeing fund, which will go towards the development of new facilities exclusively for Youth Rugby at Bridgwater and Albion.”
The Health and Well-being money is a fund given to individual Somerset County Councillors for distribution to independent organisations and clubs in their area.
