PHOTO: Stan Dean ■ KEVIN Stone and Rachel Higgs, both of Chilton Polden, were married at Shapwick House. Kevin, a carpenter, is the eldest son of Sylvia and the late Brian Stone, of Bridgwater. Rachel, a cleaner, is the eldest daughter of Brian and Belinda Higgs, of Burtle. Their reception for 40 guests took place at Shapwick House and was followed by an evening reception for 80 guests.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Portugal.
