CHILDREN from Westover Green Primary School have been learning vital life-saving skills.
Pupils have just completed the British Heart Foundation’s Heartstart course.
The course teaches pupils skills such as assessing an unconscious patient, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), dealing with choking or serious bleeding and helping someone that might be having a heart attack.
Bridgwater MP Ian Liddell-Grainger popped into the school to meet the pupils who have completed the course.
