HAYGROVE School’s under-13 girls table tennis team has qualified for the national schools finals for the third straight year.
The girls won the southern regional championships in Bournemouth in impressive style – losing only one game in their matches.
They now progress to the nationals, in Hinckley, Leicestershire, next Saturday, March 23, hoping to defend the title they won in a nail-biting final last year.
Haygrove’s under-13 and under-16 boys also represented the South-West at the regional championships, but despite some excellent games, were unable to progress.
