BRIDGWATER & Albion RFC have been seeing increasing numbers for their Walking Rugby group in recent weeks.
Since the season started the numbers have been going up week on week and it doesn't look like slowing down.
If you didn't know, Bridgwater & Albion host a Walking Rugby session every Wednesday evening from 7pm at the club.
A spokesperson from the rugby club said: "Great to see our numbers for Walking Rugby increasing week on week!
"Walking Rugby is a great way to keep active, regardless of your age, health or ability!"
The club has got the ability to take on even bigger groups so has opened the invitation up to the community once again.
"Interested in joining? Just turn up on a Wednesday evening from 7pm or message us for more information," the spokesperson added.
