A LAMB was in need of rescuing after getting stuck in the mud.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue crews were called to Pims Pill, Chilton Trinity, near Bridgwater, to reports that the lamb was stuck at 10.49am this morning (June 18).
Crews located the lamb in the mud of the river bank and got to work rescuing it.
The lamb was successfully rescued from the mud.
