The crenelated skyline featured in the last where’s it to, was quickly identified by Jackie and also A D Hardman as being in The Rye in Puriton.
The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book and even was defended by a Norman Castle on the ridge above. Puriton is set to see new growth with the conversion of the former ROF37 site to an enterprise park complete with its own railway station.
