EXPECTANT parents are being urged to discuss time off with employers as Shared Parental Leave becomes available across the UK.
With just eight weeks to go until mums and dads with babies due on or after April 5 can start sharing up to 50 weeks of parental leave, the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills is advising expectant parents to have that all-important conversation with their employers.
