WESSEX Water says its customers will see their bills go down in real terms over the next six years.
The firm submitted a business plan to OFWAT for 2015-20 last week.
It plans to invest around £1.2billion over that period improving water and sewerage infrastructure, providing higher levels of service and continuing to make environmental improvements.
It also says bills will fall in real terms from an average £479 a year to £454.
