Mixed feedback from Homes in Sedgemoor survey

HOMES in Sedgemoor tenants are becoming more satisfied with the service the organisation offers, but less happy with their homes.
An annual survey found 85% of respondents were satisfied overall with Homes in Sedgemoor, up from 79% last year.
More tenants felt they were receiving value for money, up from 86% to 89%, and that the organisation listened to their views, up from 64% to 68%.
However, fewer tenants were satisfied with their homes, down from 83% to 76%, or the repairs and maintenance carried out, down from 78% to 76%.
