THREE men from Sedgemoor are preparing to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats to raise money for two charities.
Richard Tye, a former director of Highbridge-based furniture company Woodberry Brothers and Haines, is one of those taking on the challenge.
He will be joined by his son-in-law Stuart Turpin and friend Dom Hodges, who lectures at Bridgwater College.
Money raised during the ride – from May 27 to June 8 – will be donated to Help the Heroes and Petal, the Christine Woodberry Memorial Trust which supports cancer patients.
