FIFTY students met mentors from University of the West of England at East Bridgwater last term.
The Year Nine students were told of the different routes to further and higher education open to them through group activities and question and answer sessions. A week later the group went on a campus visit to the University of Bath to get some experience of university life.
The students viewed the accommodation and educational facilities, which included a range of sporting amenities - used by a number of Olympic teams and Amy Williams, gold medallist at the Bob skeleton event.
