Oldest ex-pupil returns for newspaper launch
NEWS hounds from Eastover Primary School in Bridgwater interviewed one of the oldest living former pupils for the launch of their new school newspaper.
Veda Acland, aged 90, attended the school around 82 years ago and joined current pupils to answer their questions which they then wrote up into a fascinating feature.
The newspaper, called Eastover News, will be on sale twice a year with the next edition due out at the end of the summer term.
