THE FLOORS above the former Hooper's shop in Bridgwater High Street could become three flats, it was revealed this week.
An application has been submitted to Sedgemoor District Council for change of use of the first and second floor of the listed building from retail to three dwellings.
The store closed in December last year after 140 years of trading, having been set up Edward Henry Hooper in 1876.
