Bridgwater Hospital League of Friends to hold concert
THE Bridgwater Hospital League of Friends are holding a concert in the town hall next Friday, June 26 in order to celebrate their 60th anniversary.
The concert, which starts at 7.30pm, features the Taunton Concert Band with over 70 talented local musicians, with musical director Martin Wills at the helm.
Music on the night take its inspiration from shows including The War Years, Glenn Miller and many more besides.
Tickets cost £8 and are available from the Carnival Centre, High Street, Bridgwater, or by calling Mary Porter on 01278-450827.
