ONE of the four Bridgwater eateries that failed their most recent food hygiene inspection has now been awarded four out of a possible five stars by inspectors.
Deniz Kebab in St John’s Street had a surprise inspection from a Sedgemoor District Council officer yesterday (Monday).
Manager Dino Balanur told the Mercury: “They have inspected my premises and are now fully satisfied with everything.
“They will be sending all the paperwork through within the next three weeks to confirmthat I now have a food hygiene rating of four stars.
“My business has really suffered because of this and I would like to thank those who’ve supported me over this difficult time.”
