A WORKSHOP run by a North Petherton restaurant is giving people the exciting chance to learn the art of making your own blue cheese using traditional methods.
This hands-on workshop is hosted by Sarah and Chris Styles-Power of the Shebbear Cheese Co in Devon, who will teach the use of cultures, rennets, draining, moulding, salting and aging cheese using everyday kitchen equipment.
They will show how to make two blue cheeses – a Borough Blue and a Cambozola.
