A RECRUITMENT agency founder from Bridgwater has been shortlisted for a national award for young directors.
Helen Lacey founded Red Berry Recruitment, which has an office in Bridgwater, and this is the third time she has been shortlisted by the Institute of Directors in the South West Director Awards.
Ms Lacey won the award in 2012 and was Highly Commended last year in this highly contested category.
Ms Lacey said: “The exposure for winning the award and the coming runner up last year has been terrific so I was determined to give it another shot this year.
“I am continuing to grow the business, with my third office opening earlier this year and have a long term plan to be operating from five offices in the next five years.
“The fun is will be getting there because I am passionate about this business and I love a challenge.”
