THE windows of an estate agent in North Petherton have been decorated with the creations of local Brownies.

Wilkie May and Tuckwood Estate Agents set the First and Second North Petherton Brownies a challenge to design their favourite room in an ideal house.

The various rooms were then displayed in the company’s windows for members of the public to vote for their favourite.

Megan Little, Aimee Mackay, India Rogers, Madison Preston-Evans, Alice Williams and Dylan England had their rooms chosen as the winners from the First North Petherton Brownies.

Mya Edwards, Indee Farthing, Amelia Cornish and Sophie Barham were the winners from Second North Petherton Brownies.

On top of the winners’ prizes, all who took part was given Easter eggs as a thank you for putting so much hard work in to the rooms.

Ann Cowley, from Wilkie May and Tuckwood, said: “Both packs did a fantastic job of designing and decorating individual rooms found in any house. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail and obvious hard work the Brownies put in.”
