MORE than 200 energetic people took part in Sunday’s fundraising walk at Brean.
The Memory Walk helps to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society charity and TV favourite Sooty set the walkers off on their way.
The route leaves Brean Leisure Park, then follows a course over the sand dunes and on to the beach and after that walkers head to the top of Brean Down before amking their return back to the finishing line.
Organiser Jo Taswell said it was an amazing day and they were really pleased with how many people turned up for the event.
