A Bridgwater author has released an essential guide detailing the best pub walks in the Quantocks and Exmoor.
Roger Evans' Pocket Pub Walks: Exmoor and the Quantocks gives readers the chance to enjoy 15 different routes across the countryside.
The routes give walkers details of spectacular scenery, magnificent views, picturesque rivers and beautiful coastlines.
Roger, always guided by his companion Buster the dog, is an experienced and enthusiastic walker, and is a well-known historian, lecturer and writer.
Roger said: “I have enjoyed compiling the walks for this book very much.
