Saturday, January 9
11am - 4pm - to celebrate the second artist in residence programme at Hestercombe, artist Simon Bayliss responded to the gardens through painting en plein air and writing poetry. Hestercombe Gardens, Taunton. Runs until February 28.

Tuesday, January 12
Until the end of January - schools exhibition at the Bridgwater Arts Centre Gallery featuring work from final year students at all Bridgwater’s secondary schools.
