THERE’S a body in the swimming pool, a mysterious butler and a faded film star who dreams of making a comeback.
Set in 1949, Sunset Boulevard is a classic film noir whisking audiences away to the city where dreams are broken as easily as they’re made – Hollywood.
Bridgwater-based Pinstripe Productions bring this stunning production to the McMillan Theatre.
James Tucker, producer and director at Pinstripe, said: “We are amongst the first amateur theatre companies in the UK to be bringing Sunset Boulevard to the stage. As a Bridgwater company, we’re thrilled to be bringing such a huge musical to Somerset – especially at such an incredible new theatre."
McMillan Theatre Bridgwater from Tuesday, November 17, to Saturday, November 21. For details, including booking, visit pinstripeproductions.co.uk.
