MOVEMBER may be over, but moustachioed men should stave off the shave ’til after Friday’s alt-music night at The Duke.
The Bridgwater pub has launched Shenanigans, its new regular music night, promoting original live bands and alternative indie, rock, punk and metal DJs between 8pm and 2am.
On Friday two Bridgwater acts will join rising Minehead rock outfit, Zoltar Speaks, on the line-up.
It will be the debut appearance of post hardcore group In My Vanity,ayear after forming, while new acoustic two-piece Color Blind will deliveraset of original tracks.
Organisers plan to give each monthly Shenanigans night a different theme.
Friday night’s is a moustache party where anyone wearing a real or fake moustache will get £3 entry. For the rest it’s £5.
