NORTH Petherton are looking to continue their fine run in South West One (W) as they make the trip to basement side Clevedon this weekend.
The 32-10 derby victory over Bridgwater & Albion lifted Pethy to fifth in the table and continued their excellent form since the turn of the year.
Sam Williams was the star last Friday night with a 27-point haul, including a hat-trick, though Pethy will be eager to avoid any complacency as they visit the already-relegated outfit on Saturday.
Pethy team manager Pete Woolacott said: "If we win our last two games then it will be nine wins out of our last 10 games, which would see us finishing at least fifth - that would be our best in this division.”
Albion, meanwhile, are looking for a response to the derby defeat as they host Okehampton, who are sixth.
Director of rugby Geoff Sluman said: "It has been an hectic season and there is not much time to dwell on things.
"We have another tough match on Saturday with the visit of Okehampton.
"They are a bit of a bogey side for us and we will be working hard this week and hope to deliver a performance that puts right some of last weeks.”
Morganians are without a match in Somerset One, but Albion 2nds are in Somerset Premier action at Imperial and their 3rd XV travel to Yeovil in Somerset Two South.
On Sunday, Bridgwater & Albion's youth girls sides are in action at College Way.
The Under-15s host Nailsea & Backwell, with the Under-18s welcoming Wellington - kick-off for both is at 2pm.
