PETHERTON Seconds visited Martock and following last week's great display, were confident of performing well again.

Despite the one-sided score line, Martock were the first to score using their strong pack to pick and go and eventually scored under the posts for a converted try.

Petherton replied with two quick tries and with a return to form with his kicking boot, Dan Pearce converted both.

Petherton then continued to score a further ten tries with Pearce converting a total of 11.

Tries were scored by the returning Ben Tarr, Toby Harris, Chris Richards, Sam Tozer, Dan Pearce, Lloyd Steward, Cody Duhueame, with Rob Havill scoring two and stand in skipper Russell Potter netting a hat trick.

There were notable performances from the back row and back line, however if it wasn't for the tight five giving them a free reign that would not have been possible.
