Division One South West: Bridgwater United 0-0 Moneyfields
BRIDGWATER United's impressive form continued on Sunday (March 25) as they earned a point at home against Moneyfields.
The match in the FA Women's National League Division One South West ended 0-0 as neither Bridgwater or Moneyfields could find the back of the net.
This game was played at Bridgwater United Women's new home at Wordsworth Drive in Taunton and chances were few and far between.
It might seem like an opportunity missed playing at home for Bridgwater however Moneyfields came into the game on the back of a 12-0 win, so to keep them to nil was impressive.
In the match Bridgwater did create chances to score and at times broke down the Moneyfields defence well but were just lacking the final pass or a clinical finish.
The result leaves Bridgwater United in seventh place while Moneyfields are in fourth in the Division One South West.
Up next for Bridgwater is an away match against Portishead Town on March 27 for a 7.45pm kick off.
