Division One South West: Torquay United 0-2 Bridgwater United
BRIDGWATER United Women have now won three games on the bounce after they defeated Torquay United at the end of last week.
The catch up game in the FA Women's National League Division One South West ended 0-2 in favour of the Robins.
Bridgwater were in control for large parts of the game however at half time the deadlock remained unbroken.
In the second period, Chloe Snook found space to fire a shot past the keeper to open the scoring in the 68th minute.
And after managing the game well from that point on, Ellie Bishop doubled the lead in the 85th minute to seal the win.
A spokesperson from the club said: "They’ve done it again. They put up an amazing performance and have kept their beautiful clean sheet again making us proud. Keep up the good work girls."
Up next for Bridgwater United Women is a home match at Fairfax Park on Sunday March 24, as Moneyfields come to town.
