NORTH Petherton Ladies RFC has announced a new head coach for the upcoming season.
LJ Lloyd Jones will take up the mantle as head coach of the Ladies team for the 2023/24 season.
A spokesperson from the club confirmed the news: "Announcing our head coach for the 2023/24 season, LJ Lloyd Jones.
"LJ has stepped up to the ladies team this season, after previously coaching within the club, and taking the ladies through pre season."
Jones currently plays for the North Petherton Acorns side and has been a member of the club for a long period.
From his playing career, Jones will bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the ladies team for the season ahead.
North Petherton Ladies begin their league campaign this weekend coming away from home against Crediton RFC Ladies.
The first home game for the Pethy Ladies is against Penryn on October 22.
