It was a busy start to 2020 for Wembdon's young footballers over the weekend.
On Saturday morning, Wembdon Under-12 girls travelled to Bishops Lydeard and drew 2-2 in the Somerset Girls' League.
On Sunday afternoon, Wembdon Under-18 thumped Burnbridge Wanderers 9-1 in the Somerset Under-18 Youth League.
Lucas Clark led the way with five goals, with Leon Lofts adding a hat-trick and Kurt Hobbs also scoring.
