SOMERSET face Middlesex at Richmond today (2.30pm start), in their sixth Vitality Blast South Group match of the season.

Unsurprisingly, Eddie Byrom retains his place in the Somerset squad, following his 54 not out from 19 balls in Friday night's eight-wicket victory over Surrey.

The only change to the 13-man squad named by head coach Jason Kerr sees George Bartlett come in for Ollie Sale.

Tom Abell again captains the side in the absence of Lewis Gregory through injury.

Somerset squad: Tom Abell (c), Babar Azam, Tom Banton, George Bartlett, Eddie Byrom, James Hildreth, Tim Groenewald, Tom Lammonby, Craig Overton, Jamie Overton, Jerome Taylor, Roelof van der Merwe, Max Waller.

Somerset are seventh in the South Group standings, with two wins and three defeats so far, while Middlesex are fourth, after three wins and two losses.

The hosts include the in-form AB de Villiers and England's World Cup-winning captain Eoin Morgan in their 14-strong squad for today's fixture.
