SOMERSET have announced their squad to face Notts Outlaws in tomorrow's Royal London One-Day Cup semi-final at Trent Bridge.

Head coach Jason Kerr has elected for a 14-man squad, unchanged from Friday's 147-run win at Worcestershire.

The winner of tomorrow's match, due to start at 11am, will take their place in the final at Lord's on May 25 - against either Hampshire or Lancashire, who meet in the other semi-final tomorrow.

Notts finished top of the North Group, winning six out of eight matches, while Somerset were third in the South Group - after five wins and three losses.

That meant a quarter-final trip to Worcestershire, but having recorded an emphatic victory with the help of Tom Banton's century and Azhar Ali's five-fer, Somerset will head into the match in fine spirits.

They can also take confidence from having already won at Trent Bridge this season, albeit in the four-day format of the game, as six-wicket hauls from Lewis Gregory and Jack Leach inspired the visitors to victory by an innings and 14 runs in the Specsavers County Championship last month.

The sides' last meeting in this competition went the way of Notts, however, as they scored 429 to record a quarter-final win in Taunton in June 2017.

Somerset squad to face Notts tomorrow: Tom Abell (c), Azhar Ali, Tom Banton, George Bartlett, Dom Bess, Josh Davey, Lewis Gregory, Ben Green, Tim Groenewald, James Hildreth, Craig Overton, Jamie Overton, Peter Trego, Roelof van der Merwe.
