They finished on a high with an impressive 20-medal tally of six gold, five silver and four bronze in the individual competition and three gold and two bronze in the team competition.

Quayside achieved full podium positions in Club 3 Men 7-8yrs with Thomas Marshall taking gold, his twin Harry Marshall winning silver and teammate Braxton Fear earning bronze.

The top two in each NDP Level age group are now waiting to hear if they have been selected to represent the South West in the Regional Team Finals in Birmingham later this year.

Quayside team manager Carl Hall said: “It was a great competition with all but four gymnasts completing all their routines, with several obtaining PBs on their previous scores.

“We are now looking forward to the start of the national competitive season which will see several regional competitors moving up to the next tier of competition."

Quayside would like to thank all the coaches, judges, officials and parents for their help on Sunday.
