BRIDGWATER Victoria Park Rangers Under-11s competed in the ESF Football Festival at Minehead, along with 26 other teams from across the country.
The boys came top of their group and went on to win their semi-final on penalties, scoring all five.
They met their match in the final against a team from Liverpool, but the Bridgwater team were presented their runners-up trophies by Kevin Keegan and ex-England international Casey Stoney.
They are not the only youth team to have enjoyed success of late - Bridgwater Wolves Tornadoes have won the Taunton Youth League Under-12s Division 2 title and are pictured below, prior to being mascots at Bridgwater Town's Les Phillips Cup semi-final against Shepton Mallet.

RHODE Lane Wanderers, meanwhile, won the Under-14s Knockout Cup after defeating Tone Youth 4-1 in the final at Taunton Town's Viridor Stadium.
