South West Women’s Premier
Bridgwater Tn Ladies 0, Bristol Ladies Union 3
AFTER three months without a league game, Town got back down to business but went down to a well organised Union side.
The goal-less first half was very even, with both sides creating chances.
Anusia Rourke had Town’s best effort, narrowly shooting wide of the far post.
The second half continued in the same manner until 70 minutes when Town began to tire and Bristol netted three times to claim the win.
There were chances for Emily Hale and Ami Ward but they were not converted and Town hope to get back on the winning trail next week, with an away match at Cheltenham Town.
