IT is set to be cool across Somerset again today as the clouds roll in.

In their south west summary, Met Office said: "A mostly cloudy day, however some glimmers of sunshine are likely from time to time.

"For many of us it is going to be dry throughout but a few light showers are possible around the coast."

The maximum temperature is set to be 10C, before falling to a minimum of 5C overnight.

Tomorrow's forecast said: "Becoming windy with a risk of gales in many parts by the evening, perhaps with severe gales around exposed coasts. Rain will arrive in the far west in the afternoon."

The temperature is expected to peak at around 12C.
