Bridgwater United have revealed Richard Pears as their new first team manager on a two-year contract.
Richard takes over after the previous management team parted company with the club earlier this season.
He will be joined at the club by director of football Andy Llewellyn who makes his return to Fairfax Park.

Richard said: โItโs a fantastic feeling to be named as manager of a great football club.
โThe club has been through a difficult 18 months and my first job is to bring stability to the club on and off the pitch.
โI thoroughly believe with stability brings success.โ
Richard was a player with Exeter City and has had spells at Tiverton Town, Mangotsfield United and Willand Rovers.
He has managed Exmouth Town, Cullompton Rangers, Barnstaple Town, Buckland Athletic and Tiverton Town. His last role was as assistant manager at Bideford.
