APPLE-THEMED fun is to be had at the home of a famous poet from Nether Stowey in the run-up to Hallowe’en.
Coleridge Cottage, where Samuel Taylor Coleridge lived, is hosting an ‘Apple Day’ on October 27 from 11am.
Events include apple pressing, apple bobbing and ‘Pin the Maggot on the Apple’.
