CHRISTMAS cheer will fill Maunsel House in North Newton a month early.
Sir Benjamin Slade is opening his home on November 26 and 27 for a Christmas fair in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
A Macmillan spokesman said: “Shoppers will be able to enjoy a magical festive experience in the beautiful, historic Maunsel House. There will be an enormous variety of Christmas stalls as well as a raffle and Silent Auction in the Great Hall, all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.”
Sir Benjamin has allowed the charity to use Maunsel House since 2008, and the fairs have raised more than £25,000.
The fairs take place from 6.30pm to 9pm on November 26 and 10am to 4.30pm on November 27. Entry is £3.
