A MOPED is believed to have been stolen from the scene of a crash in Bridgwater, police revealed today.
Police say a man was involved in a minor collision on Westonzoyland Road on Saturday morning.
He received hospital treatment and the bike was left at the scene, but police say later that day it was gone.
Det Cons David Nash said: "This is a very busy road and I am sure someone passing may have seen this bike being removed form the hedgerow at some point on Saturday, December 5.
“Police are keen to locate this motorcycle and return it to its owner."
The moped is black, with the registration G173.
