A NEW playgroup will be launched at the North Petherton Primary School hall on November 5.
North Petherton Primary School is set to launch the weekly pre-school play to learn group which will be the first community outreach project since the infant and junior schools merged in September.
The launch will be celebrated with a firework fun day, featuring activities for parents and their children.
You do not have to live in the village to join the playgroup. It costs £1 per week to attend to enable the group to provide a small snack for the children.
