EAST Bridgwater Community School has achieved a 36% success rate of students gaining A*-C passes. Pupil Naomi Grant is particularly pleased with her five A*s, one A, three Bs and a C.
She said: “I am really pleased with my result in PE as I hope to go onto a career in the sports field. I am looking forward to studying sport at A-Level at Bridgwater College.”
Fellow stand-out pupils included Joseph Bacon, who achieved five A*s, two As and two Bs, Jasmine Lewis, who achieved five As, one B and a C, and Hayley Moule, who earned six A*s - A and four Bs.
A spokesperson from East Bridgwater Community School said: “We are delighted that so many of our students gained the grades that they deserved.
“Their success is down to their excellent motivation and desire to succeed, alongside a massive effort on the part of teachers, support staff and parents.”
