POLICE officers in Bridgwater have recovered a bike which was stolen from an alleyway last month.

The Apollo Spiral mountain bike was stolen from an alleyway off St Mary’s Street, at about 6.40pm on Saturday, April 27.

If the bike is yours or you know who is belongs to, call 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5224107839.

A Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Policing spokesperson said: "Officers in Bridgwater have recovered this stolen Apollo Spiral mountain bike and we want to identify its owner.

"Through CCTV enquiries, we know the bike was stolen from an alleyway off St Mary’s Street, at about 6.40pm on Saturday 27 April. It was recovered a few hours later.

"Enquiries are continuing relating to the theft offence.

"If this bike is yours, or if you know who it belongs to, please call us on 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5224107839."
