TWO schools have recently celebrated two positive Ofsted reports.
Middlezoy Primary School and Othery Village School were awarded “Good” gradings during their recent Ofsted inspections.
The schools were inspected in January with the results being released to parents and children this week.
The Othery report noted that “pupils demonstrate the school vision of honesty, respect, and trust throughout their daily interactions with each other.
“This creates a harmonious and purposeful atmosphere during lessons.”
The Middlezoy report praised the “happy, welcoming and friendly” environment and the school’s commitment to ensuring that all pupils have access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
Mrs Hayward, the headteacher, joined the schools in September 2020 following a very turbulent period under the Levels Academy Trust.
In February 2021, the schools joined Preston Primary Academy Trust.
Mrs Hayward would like to thank all the children, parents, staff, and the local community for their ongoing support on behalf of the LGB.
Middlezoy and Othery Schools are proud to be part of PPAT Education and are looking forward to continuing to grow and develop over the coming years.
