HOME seekers have the chance to see round new homes on a housing development on the edge of Bridgwater.

Vistry Group, through Countryside Partnerships, is opening the doors to Strawberry Grange, in Bower Lane, with a launch event tomorrow (Saturday, January 27) between 11am and 4pm.

Potential buyers are invited to be the first to step inside the three-bed Midford and four-bed Southwick show homes and find out more about two to four-bedroom properties on offer.

The range of 260 properties will bring much needed new homes to the area.

Each home has been designed with high specification and contemporary interiors, with generous living spaces for modern day living.

There is something for everyone at Strawberry Grange, whether that’s first-time buyers, those on the hunt for a new family home or retirees looking to downsize.

The event offers visitors the first chance to explore this new development in more detail, with the opportunity to tour the show homes and sample food and drink from popular local pizzeria Maestros, as well as treats from other local suppliers based in the South West.

The team will be on hand to help with any questions and offer advice on a variety of purchase schemes to help get you moving.

Marc Thompson, regeneration and growth director at Vistry Group, said: “We are thrilled to be opening our new show homes at Strawberry Grange and welcoming potential buyers to see what life at this development could look like.

“Strawberry Grange and the historic town of Bridgwater will appeal to anyone looking for a well-located home.

"It offers residents the perfect balance of relaxed countryside living along with easy access to the lively, bustling town of Bridgwater.

"We look forward to seeing Strawberry Grange develop into a thriving community over the coming months.”

Due to popular demand, the developer had been selling from its sister site, Isleport Grove in Highbridge, but from tomorrow it will officially be selling from its new Strawberry Grange sales centre.
