A TEENAGE girl of school age was left with a bloody nose after she was the victim of an apparently unprovoked attack while out shopping.

Police say the 14-year-old was assaulted by a female while shopping with a friend in The Range, in Bristol Road, Bridgwater.

Investigating officers have now issued CCTV images of two people who were in the store at the time of the incident at about 3.50pm on Thursday, May 19.

Police have been unable to identify the two people, but believe one or both of them may have information that could help with their enquiries.

Officers are appealing to the two or anyone who recognises them to get in touch.

One is a young woman (pictured below) with dark hair, possibly in her teens, who was wearing a dark coloured top, ripped jeans and red shoes with white soles.
