Bridgwater and Albion RFC Under 17s opened their account for the season with a resounding 40-7 victory over Wells RFC last Friday evening.
The junior section of B&ARFC is the life blood of the club and hopefully many of the up and coming junior players will become the stars of future Albion First XV.
The Mini section caters for boys and girls from the age of five to 12 who learn a scaled-down version of the game. Players from 13 years up play Junior rugby in boy or girl teams.
Teams generally play or train on a Sunday morning between September and April, and anyone interested in becoming involved is welcome to go along to the club on a Sunday, see how the section operates, and meet the coaches and team managers.
