THE Black Dyke Band, under director of music Professor Nicholas Childs is set to make a return trip to Bridgwater on Saturday June 25 at 7.30 pm.

The band will perform in St. Mary’s Church ahead of their next-day appearance on the Pyramid at the Glastonbury Festival when they open the Legends Day sharing the spotlight with the iconic Diana Ross and Kendrick Lamar.

Professor Childs said: "We are always pleased to visit Bridgwater where we receive such a special welcome and to play in the beautiful setting and acoustic of St. Mary’s Church.”
