ON Sunday March 20 at 10am, a number of Bridgwater locals joined in One Big Bootcamp at the Bridgwater College Academy to raise funds to send to Ukraine.
In total, the group have raised over £500 on their Just Giving page and that money will go to the Red Cross Ukraine fund.
Organiser of the event, Ben Larson said online that: "We can’t go out their but we can help do are bit here, so I urged as many people to come take part."
The work out was scalable for everyone and was held on the new tarmac courts opposite the sports centre at Bridgwater College Academy.
Ben Larson operates a health business called Active Recovery & Functional Fitness.
He runs mobile BootCamps and mobile personal training for individuals and groups.
